Legacy Kick off March 11th – 6 pm

We will have a fun, food, and information on Friday March 11th at 6pm to kick off the spring fundraiser “The Legacy”.  Parents, your students will receive classroom incentives for each parent who attends – watch the announcements next week for this.

It is still possible to qualify for the incentives.  If you send in the brochures, but still need to make the calls here is what you need to do……..
1) Get your list – don’t have it? Not a problem see Mrs. Parsons when she is at DCHS.
2) Make the calls and indicate the following……

Student Service locations

Service locations
Please view the service locations for student assignments.
We will have normal hours of operation and same bus times.
Students should wear modest jeans / work pants, work gloves, appropriate shoes, and their 2010 Legacy t-shirt.
They may bring water and a small snack.  Lunch will be at DCHS at 1 pm followed by chapel with Mr. [...]

Time to Serve

This Friday is when we will serve in our community.  We have 4 large service locations and a few small locations.
Transportation will be on DCHS Busses or Staff vehicles  (small locations).
Students should wear modest jeans or work pants and their 2010 Legacy T Shirts (to be given to the students later this week).

Class Standings

The sophomores are our school champions!!  81% of their class turned in brochures.
The juniors were a close second with 78% of their class participating.
63% of the freshmen participated and 50% of the seniors participated.

What an awesome job!!!
We have had 119 students mail a total of 2,314 brochures!  This is the most brochures ever.
