Still want your incentive????

It is still possible to qualify for the incentives.  If you send in the brochures, but still need to make the calls here is what you need to do……..

1) Get your list – don’t have it? Not a problem see Mrs. Parsons when she is at DCHS.

2) Make the calls and indicate the following……

“P” you personally spoke to them – face to face or on the phone

“M” you left a message

“N” did not make any contact with that person

……. this is for tracking purposes.

3) Have a parent sign the list indicating that you completed your calls

4) Return the list to Mrs. Parsons.

It is that easy……
